In the name of sustainability we encourage all participants to arrive at the Main Hall on foot, by bike or by public transport if at all possible.
Should you arrive by car, please note that parking can be difficult between 8 am and 4 pm on weekdays.
However you can park for free at Aarhus University Campus on the day of the conference between 11.30 am and midnight on 4 February 2019. This also includes Trøjborgvej 82-84 (at the corner of Nordre Ringgade and Nørrebrogade), where the signs say ”AU medarbejderparkering” or ”Gæsteparkering”.

Please note that free parking os not possible at Steno Museum and Naturhistorisk Museum as well as the bays along the municipal roads lining the Campus. – here parking is time-limited, please see signage in the area.
