The total fee includes full access to all main conference events, and catering throughout the day, including coffee, refreshments, drinks, and food. 

For clarity, although labeled as an “EAHN membership fee” on the registration page, this is a one-time per-person mandatory contribution to the organization. EAHN does not have a paid membership.

Please note that, for administrative reasons, the EAHN fee is listed as an “add-on” in the form. However, selecting this add-on is mandatory (*) in order to register for the conference. Indicating your catering preferences is also required for the registration to be completed.

The registration page also includes a series of optional, add-on activities.

You can return to your registration at any time to add optional activities, including excursions, tours, and the conference dinner. Your existing registration (linked to your email address) will remain valid, and additional items can be selected later.
