Danish Cereal Network - Annual Meeting 2019
in collaboration with DanSeed Symposium

March 18-19, 2019
Kobæk Strand Konferencecenter, Skælskør, Denmark

The Cereal Network

The Cereal Network (Cerealienetværket) is an informal network within the cereal sector, embracing research, breeding, production, processing, industry and trade. The network aims at improving quality and sustainability throughout the entire value chain of cereal grain production. The network has for 20 years brought together researchers, breeders, producers of cereal-based products, food and feed enzymes and suppliers within Danish cereal production for an annual meeting.

The annual meeting 2019 will take place on Monday March 18 at Kobæk Strand Konferencecenter, Kobækvej 85, DK-4230 Skælskør, http://kobaek-strand.dk. The meeting is co-organized with the DanSeed Symposium on Tuesday 19 March. A joint dinner and an evening programme on 18 March of shared interest giving short updates on the seed and cereal legislation and commerce (in Danish) link the two meetings.

Two sessions on highly relevant topics within cereal science, breeding and production will cover new approaches to increase and ensure cereal yield and meeting the future demands for plant proteins.
